A librarian in search of relevancy

Sitting in our Plenary I session, Semantic Web Technologies. Someone just asked our speaker, Dr. Stu Weibel, “How do we keep our libraries relevant when our brand is overwhelmingly books?” He sees our function as “digesting and navigating the information.” Digesting information? Did I get that right? I’m still digesting yesterday’s sour cream donut from Tim Horton’s.
