Widen the Lens on Libraries: Provocations – Leadership in Transformational Times

abramFor our Lighthouse-themed conference, we just had to include Stephen Abram, MLS – noted library pundit and author of the blog “Stephen’s Lighthouse”. We are so pleased to have him bring his “Provocations” to NAHSL 2014!

Mr Abram is a popular presenter at library conferences across the country and across many library disciplines. His boundless curiosity for information technology and library topics makes him a broad thinker in the field.

We will certainly widen the lens with a new perspective on change. As the title of the talk suggests, we should not only respond to change or adapt to change, we can be transformed as a profession if we view ourselves as leaders in change.

I am certain that Mr Abram will provoke conversation as we close the 2014 NAHSL conference, and send you home – transformed!
